Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The request must be submitted by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the transaction.
• You must provide a written explanation (minimum 100 words) detailing why you believe the reading did not meet your expectations, including specific sections or interpretations you found inaccurate.
• The report must not have been shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes in any form.
• Only one refund request is permitted per customer. Repeat purchases followed by refund requests will not be honored.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to refunds@numsecret.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name] — [Order Date]”
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Full name as used during purchase
   • Email address used at checkout
   • Date of purchase
   • Stripe payment receipt or transaction ID
   • Detailed written explanation (minimum 100 words) of dissatisfaction
   • Confirmation that the report has not been shared with any third party
3. Await acknowledgment. Our team will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
4. Review period. Your request will be reviewed by our quality assurance team. This process takes 5–7 business days from acknowledgment. During this time, we may contact you for additional clarification.
5. Resolution. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility window.
• Inability to provide the required documentation listed above.
• General dissatisfaction without specific, substantive feedback about the report content.
• Change of mind after downloading or receiving the report via email.
• Disputes filed directly with your bank or credit card company without first completing our refund process (chargebacks). In such cases, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with documentation of delivery.
• Requests from email addresses that do not match the original purchase email.
• Evidence that the report has been shared, screenshot, forwarded, or redistributed.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by sending a written appeal to support@numsecret.com with the subject line “Refund Appeal”. Appeals are reviewed by senior management within 10 business days. The decision rendered on appeal is final and binding.

Important Notes

• Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery has occurred and that the standard “cooling off” period for physical goods does not apply.
